Key information
We are accepting ePoster submissions until 5pm on Thursday, 30 April 2026.
Before submitting, you will need to choose a theme from the group found HERE.
If you are a person living with dementia or their carer, please contact us at conference@dementia.com.au to discuss how we can support you to submit an ePoster.
Terms and conditions for the submissions of an ePoster presentation:
- Deadline for submissions: 5pm AEST Thursday, 30 April 2026.
- All ePosters are to be submitted in English.
- A maximum of four abstracts may be submitted per person.
- ePoster authors are not required to attend the conference in person; however, we are pleased to offer a discounted two-day rate of $999 should you wish to join us.
- If there are multiple presenters, please note all communication will be sent to the first-listed presenter.
- No changes can be made to your ePoster after the close of submissions at 5pm AEST on Thursday 30 April 2026.
- It is anticipated that all successful applicants will be notified by Friday, 8 May 2026.
- Once accepted, you will need to submit your ePoster through our ePoster provider’s system, and we will provide you with details on acceptance.
Before you commence submitting your ePoster you will require:
- A presentation title.
- An ePoster of 200 words. ePosters greater than this will not be accepted.
- Details for any affiliations and co-authors and presenters.
